Tutor Conflux Roadmap

Desire: Want to be a PMP®? You first step in the process is to treat this as a project. Today is the date for beginning your project and you need to setup a target date for completing the project.

Qualify: Make sure that you are eligible and know what to expect, please read your respective handbook and the FAQ document at www.pmi.org for more details.

Analyze: If you are eligible, then start analyze yourself. Many of our students managed to pass the exam within 6 weeks. No one can decide your target date which is for you to decide after analyzing your strength and weakness, your workload and your life & professional objectives in studying and in meeting your target.

Estimate: After this initial period then record down your PM experience and try to roughly estimate the hours and the type of PM works you have done in the past. Then use this form SampVeriform.xls and fill it in. This will help you in filling the online form at PMI®.
