ITIL^® Certification Eligibility Requirements

This course is intended for individuals who wish to obtain their ITIL Foundation credential. There are no prerequisites to take this course or the ITIL exam. • 60 minutes in length
• 40 questions
• Pass mark is 26/40 = 65%
